Aims:Todeterminetheimmediateandlong-termresultsofendoscopicdrainageandnecrosectomyforsymptomaticpancreaticfluidcollections.
Methods:Thedataof80patientswithsymptomaticpancreaticfluidcollections(meandiameter:11.7cm,range3–20;pseudocysts:24/80,abscess:20/80,infectedwalled-offnecrosis:36/80)referredforendoscopicmanagementfromOctobertoMarchwereanalyzedretrospectively.
Results:Endoscopicdrainagetechniquesincludedendoscopicultrasound(EUS)-guidedaspiration(2/80),EUS-guidedtransentericdrainage(70/80)andnon-EUS-guideddrainageacrossaspontaneoustransentericfistula(8/80).Endoscopicnecrosectomywascarriedoutin49/80(abscesses:14/20;infectednecrosis:35/36).Procedural上海治白癜风最好的医院上海市治疗白癜风最好的医院
